We are targeting use in leading factories to provide real-time fulfillment services to the manufacturing line 24/7, 3 shifts/day, but our system is so easy to use. It can be adopted in small and medium sized businesses that need to step into automation.

Our Kanbanbot (KBB) is purpose-built to move factory carts replacing manual processes. The KBB significantly increases safety because they accurately control speed and have integrated safe operation.
Carts are widely used in automotive manufacturing and other industries to move large and heavy materials to the production line. Today, carts are dragged around the factory using tuggers and then manually positioned at the production line. Often tugger drivers exceed safe speeds which creates hazards in factories and when identified by inspectors leads to fines. Our Kanbanbot (KBB) is purpose-built to move factory carts replacing manual processes. The KBB significantly increases safety because they accurately controls speed and have integrated safe operation.

Carts are widely used in automotive and other manufacturing (TESLA, LUCID, SESE, BMW). Today, carts are moved manually via tuggers and then are positioned manually on the production line. Tuggers drive fast, carts are hard to move, material gets delivered to the wrong location.

Bin Manipulation Robot (BMR) is an advanced machine focused on loading bins between shelves and TRs. It can lift > 70 Kg bins and precisely retrieve and replace bins onto standard shelving in a smaller, more durable and less expensive form factor than utilizing robotic arms.
